Seeking an experienced administration support person to work 2 days per week on a 6 week assignment with a local council.

Office based, you will be assisting one of the health coordinators who is conducting home visits and completing the administration tasks.  There is a lot of variety within the role which is part of a great team.

Essential Requirements

  • Commencing:  13th June 2019
  • Advanced administration skills with experience in customer service, purchase orders, database management and record keeping
  • Microsoft packages: Word and Excel Advanced
  • Experience using Design software in relation to promotional material
  • Experience updating websites
