About the role

The role incorporates critical functions in daily operations including:

  • Relocating staff, business units, furniture and equipment locally and across the site
  • Maintaining print device paper and toner supplies
  • Coordinating paper recycling services and disposal of recyclable materials such as metal and e‐waste
  • Providing logistical support for events; conducting minor repairs of facilities, furniture and equipment, completing annual asset and equipment stocktakes
  • Receiving and delivering goods from store locations with operation of forklifts as required
  • Assisting in monitoring of facilities, reporting maintenance and addressing issues identified in WHS inspection reports
  • Participating as wardens in emergency management; conducting facilities utilisation audits and maintaining internal building directories and noticeboards

Skills and experience

  • WWCC clearance
  • Police check clearance
  • Has had a handyman experience
  • Has had experience moving furnitures or as a removalist
  • Admin experience
  • Receiving and delivering goods
  • Forklift experience and licence
  • Well versed in WHS
