Our client is currently seeking an experienced individual to work in the role of Receptionist/Administration Officer, to commence ASAP for a period of four weeks.
Great hourly rate for the right person.
Your duties will include:
- Provide high quality frontline customer service (face to face/telephone/email) to a diverse range of clients and general public customers seeking information about the Suburban Land Agency and the sale of land as dictated by relevant legislation and the ACT Government’s Land Release Program.
- Liaise with clients, staff, managers and key stakeholders to support and achieve quality outcomes for the Agency.
- Contribute to the improvement of workplace processes and procedures, particularly regarding improving client service and efficiency of operational requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, including electronic file management using Objective (EDRMS), in accordance with the Territory Records Act 2002.
- Assist with day-to-day administration matters including records management, processing invoices and monitoring expenditure, fleet and uniform administration and general Human Resource enquiries.
- Assist HR in the management of processes such as New Starter onboarding and Inductions including managing the workflow process to key business units.
- Draft procedures, reports and guidelines relevant to the team’s activities and project requirements.
- Oversee the Corporate Services Issues Log Register to support the Assistant Director in day to day activities.
